2C-I in a class of its own
I think drugs are better described in terms of categories of effects rather than by comparing them to other drugs. Visual, thought-provoking, spiritual, sensual, stimulating, relaxing etc.
These compounds are all so different and have their own character. When I first came across MDMA, I had been given the impression that it is "LSD without hallucinations". That's about as far from the truth as you can get.
I view 2C-I (which I like) as stimulating, visual, and fun, with full psychedelic effects at higher doses (cosmic thoughts etc.). That's about as far from MDMA as LSD is.
