Seriously? Commercialism and "market" research, including "consumer" research blows.

I do do the Wired-thing and the Fast Company-thing.

now also have a subscription of

www.theweek.com

we also get www.vice.com whenever we remember to pick it up.

i spend a lot of time on these sites lately:

www.clatl.com (Atlanta's alternative weekly paper)
www.granta.com (writing magazine)
www.wonderopolis.com (learning website for children)
www.fanfiction.net (obviously, fan fiction website)

only sites i frequent daily are tumblr and bluelight. i used to check my email but someone finally made my mac mail app actually linked to my email, so now i just click that. not daily, but i like to check criterion.com to see what is on their soon-to-be released schedule. and i'll go through movies on netflix and IMDB if i am really bored. oh, youtube for music.

i subscribe to The Believer. i recently discovered and love Lula Magazine, though i do not have a subscription and never will--more expensive and apparently home delivery to the states lags way behind the newest issue hitting store shelves. i also just got the most recent issue of another fashion-oriented bi-annual, A Magazine--i could see myself buying future issues.
