FF7 was good, really good, I actually cried when aeris died. But it was sort of an easy game once you got the materia rolling. But FF8 will always remain in my heart of hearts as the hardest final boss battle I've ever had the pleasure of winning. Apparently there are weapons (I didn't bother having the master weapons I too found the games story somewhat boring, and I never got the hang of the card game so I wanted to see the end and be done with it) that I didn't bother to get that would make her pretty simple to beat. I ended up spending about an hour and a half beating her, flipping through all my guys, and hitting and healing. It was a pretty intense battle but it was really fucking cool to know I probably shouldn't have been able to win. So that made me respect the game and thus replay it a couple of times. I liked 9 never beat it more than once, And 10 and 10-2 I liked ok, they were never anything special to me. But personally, if we're going to talk video games, I have to say Xenogears is probably even a slight notch ahead of even 7 in my book. That story was phenominal, the graphics were just as well implemented as 7's and the turn based combat was a bit more innovative. Man I wanna play through that one again... *leaves to go search for Xenogears*
