oh michael dont be bitter. his name may still be kevin but his character is not extended from the bizzaro world episode. he over hears elaine and jerry talking about not wanting to have kids and has to introduce himself:)
 
i'm not bitter, but it's the same character. the bizarro worl episode opens with elaine telling kevin she just wants to be friends. suprisingly he is ok with this, having just had his privates operated on for her.
