Misc Nothing helping anxiety

If you keep taking benzo's then your anxiety will get worse in the long run. Benzo's take over your brains natural system for regulating neural activity. After a while, the brain is no longer capable of regulating this activity naturally, resulting in increased anxiety and panic attacks. The most effective long term (non damaging) solution for anxiety is a diet rich in Magnesium and managing any triggers that may heighten your anxiety levels.

This is true... and definitely add to that lots of exercise. It really helps a tremendous amount to have a regular workout routine. It's the best anti-anxiety solution there is because it works really well and it makes your body and brain healthier, unlike drugs.

Second this. Intensive exercise (Weightlifting 2-4x a week + running/cycling a few times a week ideally) or at least a daily walk at minimum is crucial for mental and physical health. As is a healthy diet and ensuring that you have a good amount of food (not too much or too little.) Martial arts such as BJJ are also great if they are available where you live.
