The night was good. NOt the best, but not half bad.
I didn't really know that the BTS was in full gear that night, and probably shouldn't have as it would have ruined my roll. (Shit like that pisses me off.)
The night started nicely, everything went pretty smoothly
WATER WAS $4 Dollars. I know, it's not really something to get overly bitchy over, but even still. It wasn't right.
There were a lot of first time ravers there, that we brought, it was was pretty cool to see them enjoying their time.
One friend, who likes to rap, and hit on girls. He got to MC in the jungle room, we were all excited about that. He also hit on girls, in uhh, "club" style. know what I mean. When i told him he could just walk to a girl and tell her that he liked her, or something like that, just that people were more honest, less fake, he seemed to enjoy hearing that.
Other friend had a good time and a good first roll. I think he had a significant learning experience.
I rolled hard off my ass. Never rolled so hard, and it was a good experience, but nothing I'd want to jump into again. I only like rolling for the conversation value of it, and the joy feeling, and that extra energy shit. Anything more is dibilitating.
It was also the first time i was e-tarded. I didn't like being that way, so i tried to cool it. I don't think I'll roll for a while. (I usually moderate like once a month)
Enough of that. We met old friends, met knew friends, and become closer to our regular friends. It was nice, the variety of music was nice, and listening to Rob Gee live almost made me startstruck. -- And I like moshing. moshed my ass and tried to tumble bigger kids. When someone fell, someone helped the person up. If someone gets hit good, he smiles to his attacker...Good SHit(It's the closest thing to Fight Club I can do)
But when Rob Gee was on, I really just wanted to dance, hardcore-like. Cause shit, I always thought ROb Gee had a more sophisticated HardKore. i did dance for a bit, but the moshing was a bit relentless. Oh well. (moshing is like fighting without the hate, a natural release for all of us) And, sexist as some people think, I COULD NOT mosh with girls.Just too weird.
Jungle was good. Jungle is my shit.
Oh, those of you who might have seen me. I was this Asian kid (Korean to be specific) with orange hair, that glowed in blacklight. (Thanks to this nifty fucking sray) I wore a gray wife beater at times, and a transformers T-shirt. I also wore beige UFO's on. I was in every room for a pretty even amount of time.
I was with Spidey, Charles-j, droppie, Partykidacosta, most of the night, and I did see other BLer's but did not introduce myself. I was afraid of the whole age disrimination factor. As some of us are sort of young. But shit, that doesn't mean we're all stupid. BUt I regret that now, so next time, I'll make up for it. (Yeah yeah, I'm a pussy, FUCK off, we all have flaws)
Overall, it was a good time. Some things I would have done differently, like a weaker roll or no roll at all. (As the roll, for the first time ever, made me NOT want to dance) Not talking to certain people. mostly things that involved that super strong roll.
Something I'd like to say. This is some cliche shit and all, but please, use drugs to moderation, or not at all. Drugs are really strong, and can become easily addictive, catching u from behind. And i must stress, CATCHING YOU FROM BEHIND! If we had unlimited supplies of cash and drugs did not harm you, everything would be straight, but alas, it's not a perfect world. And people, if u have a friend that's going a bit overboard. Don't yell it to the person, nor remain silent. Just honestly speak with him/her about how you feel. Fucking that what friends are for.
