I've recently been experimenting with ecstasy with my friends and I do not have the same feelings they go through, although I still enjoy it nonetheless. Never had eye wiggles, jaw clenching, not sensitive to lights or vicks, definitely do not have the urge to get up and dance, and I do not have the urge to just want to hug everybody. We take the same pills and my friends seem to have the "normal" ecstasy experience. Nevertheless I enjoy taking it; it makes me feel very relaxed and carefree and I love the spaced out floating feeling. I enjoy it more when I'm alone at home and can just chill listening to loud music or even while watching some soft porn on skinemax. Do you think one's personality can affect the way ecstasy works on you? I guess I'm more of an introverted person, not very outgoing, and I don't really like to dance anyway. So maybe since i'm not the type of person to go around hugging people or since i don't necessarily like meeting and talking to strangers/new people, it just doesn't bring that out in me?
About 15 years ago I was on Prozac for around 4 months. I stopped it because I didn't like the side effects like dizziness and nausea. I know it's somehow related to to what MDMA is or does and was wondering if maybe it did something to my serotonin levels or receptors or whatever? I know it does have something to do with serotonin just like ecstasy.
