I said no to myself on many occasions. This isnt the answer for the chronic addict. For years i tried to say no but found it impossible... Or if i did abstain, then after 6 months or whatever i'd do it again. Theres an alcoholic in the rehab whos just been thrown out for drinking. The day he came in, he nearly died and lost 80% of his blood from a rupture inside him. Blood all up walls the works. If almost dyibg and being in rehab isnt enough to give up addiction what is?

Hardly any regular use lately,
maybe about 6 IM K-holes, about 80mg, with about 2-6 days between uses, but in the beginning it was so psychedelic, and it really felt like it created a space I could work with,
but now its just anesthetic, and hardly any visuals or loss of bodily consciousness or spiritual experiences.
Hope it comes back soon. Any ideas?
