Gym then hot yoga today!! Gotta keep up with my goal. 3 more lbs and I am happy!

5km bike ride, I know that's not much but I'm still getting used to my bike and my right knee is bothering me.
 
5x5s on incline and decline barbell bench
3 sets of higher-rep incline dumbbell bench
burnout set on pec deck
couple sets of various cable tricep exercises
4x8 on rear delt dumbbell raise
 
^fly dont work yourself up too much if it's hurtin.

Redleader amazing workout as always!
 
Another awesome gym session one hour cardio crunches tricep dips and squats
 
^thay will be me today! Spinning class then hot yoga after.
 
Gym full body workout I feel gross after eating so much yesterday.
