6.18 mile trail run
day 11 of arm challenge

I exercised with my 4 and 8 year old niece yesterday and ow those jump squats, lunges, planks, and push ups made me hurt today.
 
Yoga: Primary Series (Ashtanga)

Surya Namaskara A & B (5 repetitions each)
Standing Sequence: First 11 postures

Doing this again tomorrow, and then on Thursday I practice all of the Standing Sequence.

Also:

Biking (undetermined amount)
 
45 minute bike ride around my neighborhood listening to my iPod. What a great stress reliever.
 
nothing other than biking to and from work.
been fairly active at work, lifting some heavy shit, but I am stressed/depressed and unmotivated to go get off my ass.
