I am caught up in some deep, multi-levelled gripes with society today. All I want to do is retreat into the woods and create some art all alone. But no, I have 65 minutes to prepare myself to deal with the public at work. 65 minutes until I must be "having a great day! Feeling fantastic!"

I got a promotion yesterday.
Sushi at my favorite spot tomorrow with my boo.
Sunday I am going to Napa Valley to have a spa weekend with my girls.
