"Killer Batch" - match head enough to nod out (smoked) , probably mixed with fent or a fent analogue etc . Can you send some for lab testing = No. Can you provide pictures = No. (Of course the OP has no reason or obligation to post pictures or have this lab tested)

You claimed they don't exist here, keeping. I was correcting your inaccurate opinion on their availability. I just checked the BNF, already knew we didn't use hydrocodone, although why I don't know, it would make sense to have something stronger than codeine
for those who really don't need, don't want or cannot take stronger opioids well. Although perhaps its not such a bad thing, as then docs would be trying to fob patients off way more often than they already do.

But yes, its used here although I've never had it myself, but its in the BNF and available for prescribing, weather anyone will ever get hold of any is another matter. But it is indeed around.
 
I can't do much with this computer as it is. Fucking piece'o'shite. I'm pretty fucked off actually. Spent several grand on the cunting thing, and the bastards that built it to order didn't send what I ordered. one HD failed just recently, and I haven't had it long.
Can't attach peripherals. Well, I can. But USB drivers are proving an absolute fucking bastard to get working with the truly abysmal win7. Only thing I can do with the USB ports is charge my E-fag, as the ports themselves are alright, its just the damn drivers I can't get working.

Lab testing, I'm afraid is out, although there are a few traces on the inside of a tic-tac box I might be able to send, should be enough for GC or NMR testing I'd think. But the rest of it is gone, smoked the lot.
I'll consider it if I see any more of the stuff, but its thus far only been around at least from the contact I've been scoring off the time I first picked it up then for a couple of weeks after. I'll think about it certainly if I can get any more.

But really, if anyone is implying I am a liar, you can either speak to, and of me keeping a civil tongue in your head, or go nail it to a tree and jump off a bridge.
 
as a legitimate pain patient and seeing my GP and not a specialist addiction clinic,I get Morphine sulphate on script and my nan also gets her morphine patches(although I suspect they are Buprenorphine).I know of one person that gets oxy-but pretty much all the junkies I know of get either methadone or subutex.I did have fentanyl patches at one point but I get on better with the morphine pills;apart from the relentless constipation
 
Limpet, I know its hard to pick up on humor and sarcasm via text but i wasn't being serious man, merely implying that now you've told me dillies exist in the UK i shall constantly obsessing over how to get some to try. just chill out mate lol

thats odd, i'm prescribed bupe and on the packet leaflet it says "Natzon [brand of bupe] Sublingual Tablets are used in substitution treatment in patients who are addicted to opioid drugs such as heroin and morphine. [...] The tablets are not to be used for pain relief purposes."

now i don't want to assume, but your nan's not currently on a specialist support program aimed at resolving opioid addiction is she? because other wise she should not have bupe, but i'm just postulating here, that's all.

Bupe is actually used for pain relief, though not in sublingual form I believe.

yeah,my nan is not receiving them for heroin replacement.she gets patches and I also know another woman that has them for pain relief

haha yeah i figured as much, i was just confused because just before i read your comment i was reading my subbies packet leaflet and it said that. and yeah FUBAR kindly explained;

thank fuck posty was kind to me today, gram of some fine fine afghani in my hands, well, in a baggie and melted onto foil

First lil toke in a week and damn it's nice! got some of this 'rolls royce' heroin on the way to me too, looks like it is gunna be something special :)
Will make a report when it arrives

I don't know about the comparison to morphine, but bupe patches are frequently offered for pain control-it's an "off-label" use. I was offered them by my PM folks after a recent surgery and I told them absolutely not. It's like using a hammer for a housefly, takes a long time to withdraw and i'm allergic to the adhesive.
 
my gran is happy with the patches.But I prefer the morphine pills.I think it allows me more control and The patches always came off in the shower or if I got proper sweaty.
