Matthew 18:1-5
He called a little child to him, and placed the child among them. And he said: “Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. Therefore, whoever takes the lowly position of this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven.

Matthew 25: 31- 45: The Sheep and the Goats
31 “When the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, he will sit on his glorious throne. 32 All the nations will be gathered before him, and he will separate the people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. 33 He will put the sheep on his right and the goats on his left.
34 “Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world. 35 For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, 36 I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.’
37 “Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? 38 When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? 39 When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?’
40 “The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’
41 “Then he will say to those on his left, ‘Depart from me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels. 42 For I was hungry and you gave me nothing to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me nothing to drink, 43 I was a stranger and you did not invite me in, I needed clothes and you did not clothe me, I was sick and in prison and you did not look after me.’
44 “They also will answer, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or needing clothes or sick or in prison, and did not help you?’
45 “He will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did not do for one of the least of these, you did not do for me.’
46 “Then they will go away to eternal punishment, but the righteous to eternal life.”

Avadhuta Gita 21.
"Know this: That which has form is unreal [because it is limited by its form]; that which is formless is eternal. He who exemplifies this truth in his own life will no longer be subject to rebirth."

not much but here's a bit to think about in the meantime:

As always ... Your mileage may vary according to experience ...

They set out from Elim, and all the congregation of the people of Israel came to the wilderness of Sin, which is between Elim and Sinai, on the fifteenth day of the second month after they had departed from the land of Egypt. And the whole congregation of the people of Israel grumbled against Moses and Aaron in the wilderness, and the people of Israel said to them, “Would that we had died by the hand of the Lord in the land of Egypt, when we sat by the meat pots and ate bread to the full, for you have brought us out into this wilderness to kill this whole assembly with hunger.” Then the Lord said to Moses, “Behold, I am about to rain bread from heaven for you, and the people shall go out and gather a day's portion every day, that I may test them, whether they will walk in my law or not. On the sixth day, when they prepare what they bring in, it will be twice as much as they gather daily.” ...
Hebrews 10:1-39 ESV / 194 helpful votes
For since the law has but a shadow of the good things to come instead of the true form of these realities, it can never, by the same sacrifices that are continually offered every year, make perfect those who draw near. Otherwise, would they not have ceased to be offered, since the worshipers, having once been cleansed, would no longer have any consciousness of sins? But in these sacrifices there is a reminder of sins every year. For it is impossible for the blood of bulls and goats to take away sins. Consequently, when Christ came into the world, he said, “Sacrifices and offerings you have not desired, but a body have you prepared for me; ...

"For we do not have a high priest who is unable to empathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are—yet he did not sin.
Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need." Hebrews 4, 15-16

unable to empathize with our weaknesses
Hmmmmmm. Not sure I would put my faith in someone who has not been through it and felt it in others. It's tough. Ime
I supposed in another perspective maybe we shouldn't care. Does that make us psycho or socio if we feel not?
Just ramblins

In fact I could only be a Christian or an Atheist (well, maybe Brazilian quimbanda has its appeal) because Jesus has" been through it" in a way. "And indeed, we have been condemned justly, for the sentence we received corresponds to our crimes, but this man has done nothing criminal."42 Then he said, "Jesus, remember me, when you come into your kingdom."

1 Corinthians 13:1-13

If I speak in the tongues of mortals and of angels, but do not have love, I am a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. And if I have prophetic powers, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give away all my possessions, and if I hand over my body so that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing.

Love is patient; love is kind; love is not envious or boastful or arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful;it does not rejoice in wrongdoing, but rejoices in the truth. It bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.

Love never ends. But as for prophecies, they will come to an end; as for tongues, they will cease; as for knowledge, it will come to an end.For we know only in part, and we prophesy only in part;but when the complete comes, the partial will come to an end. When I was a child, I spoke like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child; when I became an adult, I put an end to childish ways. For now we see in a mirror, dimly, but then we will see face to face. Now I know only in part; then I will know fully, even as I have been fully known. And now faith, hope, and love abide, these three; and the greatest of these is love.

cause i am foreigner i don't know how exactly is written in english this phrase, but is from apostle Paul:
"Everything is allowed for me,but not everything is good for me"

How about John 3:16 For God so loved this little marble that He gave is only begotten Son, that who ever places their trust in Him shall never perish, but have everlasting and eternal life.

Simplified for us children.
Don't mess with the words of God.

I didn't understand the question at first. I didn't mean to focus on the middle east. The time - 2000 years ago - is more significant than the location, I think... but - you're right - location is more significant now. (If that makes sense?)

It would still be a suicide mission in the middle east, I think. Probably more so, actually.

We don't need more religions, though. Even if religions make a positive impact, eventually they retard social progress. Because holy texts are considered "the word of God" by believers - and since God is infallible - it has to remain unchanged. The rest of society evolves while religion stays the same until it becomes outdated and archaic.

Religion is man taking ownership of God.
Social progess, that is a joke, the greatest death tolls were in the 20th century, there is no progress in terms of wars and killing, like I said 20th century, we have yet to see what the 21st century brings us, looking back at social progress ww1, ww2, Vietnam, Russian Civil War, Armenian genocides, China under Mao, Stalin and all that went on behind The Iron Curtain, The Countless millions killed in African Wars that get no air time( because the media is not interested) just to name some.
There is no progress, just killing, greed and and evil, we have to wait and see what 'progress the 21st century brings, but the 20th century, hundreds of millions dead, but there is always calm before the storm, lets see what progress the 21st century will bring. The Words of ALMIGHTY GOD are eternal and this progress is a joke.
We have to wait and see what progress happens in the 21st century. Things are lining up for bad times, progress, if you talking death and misery, just wait, things are going to be really bad once nuclear war breaks out. That is not progress. Like I said, it is always calm before the storm and things are not calm. The worst is yet to come.
