Benzos Best benzo for Opioid Withdrawal

Hey painful one! Not to hijack this thread, but if you or anyone else needs help with Gabapentinoid withdrawal, we can definitely start/continue a thread on the subject. I know a lot of people, myself included, that could benefit.

Here they use mostly Oxazepam for it.

In the right doses they all help. The best ones tend to be the ones with stronger muscle relaxant effects and have intermediate to long half-lives. Diazepam, clorazepate, chlordiazepoxide (in higher doses), oxazepam (in higher doses), nitrazepam, and prazepam are all excellent choices.

Clonazepam and alprazolam both lack the strong muscles relaxant effects of those listed above. Although they may help, they're not ideal choices in opioid withdrawal.
