its only in the West that we think colonic irrigations are atypical. In russia there are colonic irrigation saunas, and its considered abnormal to not attend one once in a while (with good reason!)
same for china, SE asia, japan, india, most of the world actually.
i take a lot of organic psyllium seed powder when ive eaten bad combinations of foods the night before, like hamburgers or pizza (which i rarely eat anyways). i can literally feel it ream all the undigested food particles out of me. you have to be careful with substances like this tho, it is medicine, not food. if you take things like psyllium seed powder/husks or any bran-oriented fiberous medicines, realize they literally suck the nutrtion out of your intestines too. dont EVER take them with a meal, or within 4 ours of having eaten a meal, or less than 2 hours before eating a meal. personally i take it first thing when i wake up after a night of bad food choices, and then wait about 4 hours to eat breakfast.
only an ignorant westerner would shout some bullshit like "there is no proof whatsoever" that colon cleansing has any health benefits at all. you probably take "preventative" chemotherapy, munch asprin for the headaches you cause yourself, say idiotic things like "acupuncture doesnt work," and think gmo's are the same thing as anything nature made. take a look at the statistics for colon health in the USA and UK, and compare to the rest of the world. its unfortunate what little corporate victims most westerners have become, bowing down on a daily basis to the agenda of Big Pharma.
"there is no proof whatsoever that matter has mass. there is no proof that you even exist." this is how empty you sound. your mind is the product of a bunch of bullshit ads in SELF Magainze.
you can even change your mood by cleaning your colon. a lot of depression is the result of bad diet and an unhealthy colon. you can feel your mood instantaneously lift after having yourself cleansed.
ever try fasting? a 10 day fast can extend your life by years, especially once youre an adult. but oh wait although people have been doing these things for 6,000 years "there is no proof that it does anything" lol.
i also manufacture my own kefir water (im a big fan of plum, but pear and guava kefir water are rockin too) on days i eat carb heavy, and kombucha (with my own spirulina and chlorella cultures) on days i eat acid heavy. this way i dont have to consume dairy to get probiotics (kefir water is not the same thing as kefir from milk). a poor balance of intestinal bacteria will lead to poor colon health, which results in body toxicity, obesity, diabetes, depression, lethargy, lessened libido, pretty much every problem the West has. you have almost the same amount of organisms living in your guts as you do cells in your body. feed the good ones, starve the bad ones.
that is, unless you eat sanitized food products, such as irradiated foods, foods laden with pesticides and herbacides, poorly handled food from restaurants, foods pumped with antibiotics and synthetic hormones, etc, which kill organisms in your guts. God have mercy on your colon!
speaking of chorella, you should look into chelation agents as well. Cilantro works well, i make a lot of nut "cheese" from raw organic cashews and pecans and usually put like a whole cup of chopped cilantro in it, cleans heavy metals out of ur guts which harm probiotic bacteria and toxify the bloodstream (and kill brain cells). there are heavy metals in nearly all foods we eat now due to modern industrialization (ESPECIALLY SEAFOOD). organically farmed blue green algae, spirulina, chlorella, seaweed, kelp, and a host of vegetables and common spices work as excellent chelation agents, but also assuming theyre consumed raw, unprocessed, and are organically farmed.
