^ I find str8 vodka to have quite a strong euphoric drunk if you know what I mean when you get to say half a bottle.

Oxy and H together to make the former last.
 
I'm did something different this morning...and omg.

80mg methadone (2 40mg wafers, oral)
75mg promethazine (3 25mg tabs, oral)
4mg dilaudid (1 4mg tab, plugged)
550mg naproxen (550mg tab, oral)
candy kush og (joint, smoked)
caffeine (coffee)
tobacco/nicotine (Parliament light 100s)

ok, I've done dilaudid before, Ive taken them orally, and snorted them with poor results. I researched hydromorphone a little more and I found out that besides iv, plugging is the way to go. So I plugged 4mg this morning for the very first time, and omg I'm ripppped! These nods are fucking amazinggggg! This combo feels better than when I got iv,d morphine in the hospital a while back. But holy shit, plugging dilaudid along with a high dose of methadone...I can honestly say this is the best high I've ever had. Better than the first time I took mdma
 
I've found dosing on methadone to be lame/ bland to sat the least specially if your on a steady daily dose.

I shot like a half g of dope one time didn't feel a thing by the end haha

Not for me. Methadone is my favorite opiate.
I can do oxycodone, hydrocodone, and smoked heroin on top of my 80mg dose and I get high as fuck.

Proof today how I plugged dilaudid on top of my dose, im still high as FUCK.
 
~300mg dxm
20mg cyclobenzaprine
10mg amitriptyline
75mg benadryl
1000mg ibuproen

a shot of bourban.

meh.
 
4g Red Vein Bali, 3g Green Malay, and weeeed.

One of my best friends' 21st birthday is today. After I get off work there will most likely be an indulgence of LSD, cocaine, hydrocodone, and of course alcohol taking place. Oh and a large quantity of d-amphetamine will be available. Hopefully it will be one successful night. Last year we tripped on DOB for his birthday. Still one of the best trips I've ever had, can't wait to see what tonight will bring. ;)

I didn't mean it to like discredit you or anything haha sorry man but are you on methadone daily?
80mgs is hefty, do you increase your other opiate dosage?
And that makes me want to relapse just kidding.. kinda

OT: Blazed did a lil k ontop my dose now chilling at jumptime
a cig would hit the spot
 
Goddamn, these pills will be the death of me. 2.5mg Alprazooo for the entire day, heart attack is definite. Dope would calm the nerves, I feels you boizeeeee I want to get pinpointed right about now.

Yeah im on 80mg methadone daily. I get 2 of the 40mg wafers.

I don't usually take other opioids, just today I used dilaudid, the other day I did only 5mg hydrocodone. Before that, I havn't used other opiates besides methadone for months.
 
Not much, but I've been living pretty clean other than alcohol, clonazepam, and marijuana.

Anyway, tonight
-40mg hydrocodone (ugh wish I had 80 more mg atleast)
-25mg promethazine
-30mg DXM
-3mg clonazepam

Pretty fuckin sober. I've decided to swap the tranny in my whip from a 4eat to a 5mt so this month gonna be hella skinny on the flip side yo.

I might be able to afford a little bit of fun in 2 weeks or so lol

added 40mg hydroxyzine to try and potentiate, and Im gettin itches, nice tobacco rushes... been a long time since I could achieve this from just 10mg (the benzo is maintenance,underdosed)

My fam and friends don't think I have the willpower to do it (save scrill) so obviously now I have to. And I wanna do this real bad, now that its finally upon me I'm super psyched.

edit: the high gods have smiled upon me, im catching a nod, had to quit playing Lineage II with one eye open and grinding too slowly. Upping that to 75mg dxm then the other 75 in a hour or so. Just took 20mg baclofen. I have tizanidine I can create like an artificial nod with.

Edit: 2 pints. I sierrenevada pale ale, and their extra ipa. Two of my favs. Tobacco and mellow here on out, took less than 1mg tizanidine that shit knocks he out.

Edit: Anyone else kinda like when teen agers/20s notice you're itching and nodding a bit at the quick mart or whatever? Yeah I'm high, watch me be, I'll enjoy it more through you. Given Im 20's myself.

yol my hangover is back. pain. it's like 5;00pm.
paracetamol stopped working. i actually had not taken any panadol in like 1-2 years, so it actually felt like it cured my hangover for a bit eh. eutgedfrsvknjg
