The Big & Dandy 4-AcO-DMT Thread - Act Three

^ The furmate salt is much sturdier than the freebase. My sample of 4-aco-dmt (which is the furmate salt). Is going on 2 years old. Stored at as close to room temp as possible, never seeing sunlight. It's still just as good as my first trial with it. It's still in a white powder too. It hasn't shown any signs of degradation.
 
great, that makes me feel better.. I never had one of these chemicals actually go bad, but I worry.. My friend wants to try his first psychedelic and i thought this would be a good one at around 20mg

Agreed, that's why I prefer to take this chem somewhere where I can lay down during the comeup, or at least be still.

Weird. I found that it took a good 2 hours to peak, orally.

All 4-sub-trypts I've tried hit me fast. Mushrooms taking the longest, about 45 minutes to an hour. When I've put 4-HO-MiPT in a gel cap, it took about 45 minutes to peak. But, when I make a solution, which I usually do, I'm at peak within 30 minutes.
 
On the other hand, phens seem to take forever to kick for me. 2c-e about 3 hours to peak, 25c-nbome about 1 1/2 hours, 6-apb about 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Just got my samples of 2c-I and allylescaline, so we'll see about them.

Interesting. 4-HO-MiPT also takes ~2 hours for me, in a gel cap, on an empty stomach, IIRC - possibly even longer. Must be due to some variation between the ways we metabolize tryptamines.
 
Must be. Maybe has to do with absorption rates in the intestines. I think set and setting may play a big roll too. Off topic, but at a shpongle show I took 200mg of 6-apb. I wanted to wait about 2 hours (when I would be getting first alerts) to take 25mg 4-HO-MET which always hits quick. I waited almost 3 hours without feeling the apb. I decided I might as well just take the metocin. Almost instantly after I was rolling HARD. I'm not sure if I didn't let myself ease into the experience. I was looking for it, instead of letting it find me. Or, if I wasn't really paying attention to it, and only paying attention to phutureprimative and eoto. Awesome show. It really was something special.
 
I had a capsule of 4-AcO-DMT HCl that was kept in a plastic bag with a desiccant all inside another container, and 7 months later it was still good.
It was a nice 23mg trip, my first time using it, fun stuff.

Nice dude glad you enjoyed it! I had a lot of fun with it my first time too, watched the crow for the first time it was intense!!

I almost turnes it off when the first scene was somebody covered in blood in an ambulance out of fear of it causing a bad trip but im glad i kept it on because it was one of the best trips i had. Lol if you remember the part where a car speeds past the cop so the cop floors it to catch them causing the cop in the passenger seat to spill his coffee all over himself, i literally laughed on and off for a good 4 hours of the trip jist thinking about that part Hahaha it was amazing
 
What effect would 4-AcO-DMT/ other psychedelics have on children? Have there been any studies published describing this?

I don't know of any studies really. There's some videos on youtube which claim to be children which have been under the influence of LSD but I don't think this is real.

I think Freud gave cocaine to children in low doses, but I'm not entirely sure about this.
 
I have read a lot of positive reviews on this chem so I just ordered 250mg. I am really looking forward to trying it out in a few weeks. I already have mescaline and 25i...does this combo well with either?
 
I just tried 30mg a couple of hours ago and so far this stuff feels just like shrooms. A+ chem here.

strange, 9mg is intense only in sedation for me. Very good euphoria and no remarkable visuals. Good smooth body high, and almost no introspection at this dosage
 
freak.. its odd because i took 30mg of 2C-C a few weeks ago and i did not get any real pleasure , however this last weekend i took 20mg of 2C-C and had a minor MDMA like euphoria.. set and setting i guess.
