I'd just like to chip in that I can get 1mg phenazepam to dissolve into .1ml of 95% etoh, but it requires a lot of heat, I have to get the everclear boiling, and that's fucking dangerous. One of my batches just blew up in my face, I'm really lucky my face didn't get splashed and get horrible burns. I'll be investing in some PEG now...
Also, this is only for very small blotters, the way I personally like em. I find 1cm blotters have trouble holding more than .4-.5ml of eoth.
