I'm not sure about the sexual side effects in terms of counteracting Citalopram. Some people experience an increased libido whilst others experience a decreased libido on it. Ime it's a very more-ish drug and not to be trifled with. With that said it's one of my favourite drugs ever - feels very clear headed, whilst being disinhibiting and very pro-social. It also makes music sound great. It's quite a subtle drug and it just kind of feels like you're having a great day. It acts on the gaba receptors, but be warned, tolerance builds rapidly and the withdrawals are really unpleasant (very much like benzo wds).

For context, I've had a lifetime of experiences with a wide variety of substances, and most of them have been while on Citalopram or another antidepressants before it. Been on those fuckers in general for over twenty years.
I never had any negative psychological effects, but there have been one main physical repercussions - a drug making me feel intense desire but zero capacity for any meaningful blood flow, to the required region. I've used viagra and its relatives as a bandaid many times over the years, but only as a temporary solution for one night - it's sustainable as a fix.
t's frustrating as hell, so while I try to figure out with my psych how to get off the Citalopram, I'm going to push the envelop a bit.
So Ive made an order, it's supposedly on route, let's see...I am really curious how it will hit. I would have never expected something being sold as a nootropic to have such strong effects but I'm not complaining hahaI
So I'll report back with my findings, and I appreciate your advice and how quickly you came back to me on it. Much love!

5-meo-DMT isn't very hallucinogenic. The elephant sitting on your head is a breakthrough waiting to happen. Doesn't sound like you broke through. I've seen many people smoke it and not get anywhere. It's not the drug. It's the person. DMT is easier than 5-meo-DMT. DMT doesn't require you doing any work or making any sacrifices.

They are opposites.

DMT is "male" - external, sensory - and 5-meo-DMT is "female" - internal, spiritual.

The former pales in comparison to the latter, spiritually.

Anyway, my to-do list is quite short because I'm only interested in naturally occurring drugs.

Salvia
Ibogaine
Kava (I have half a kilo that just arrived the other day but am yet to experiment with it)
Peyote (I have had mescaline but only from San Pedro cacti)
Khat

I also want to try 5-meo-DMT orally and rectally.

I will get through my list eventually.

phenibut is not a nootropic, even though it is still sold as one by unscrupulous nootropic vendors, it is a drug/medication and should be treated as such

anyways, it can have some pro-sexual effects for the same reason it can increase music appreciation - it releases small amounts of dopamine at higher doses

however at the same time it also has anti-sexual effects because it is a sedative

be careful with it, I won't touch that stuff anymore for a reason, I can't stop myself from redosing and always leads to blackouts and overdoses
 
IV hydromorphone I had a 7 year affair with. Stayed clean off it and all IV use for 4 years. Used it on a one off 3 years ago.

So basically I haven’t IVed in almost a decade except for that one time 3 yrs ago.

It still has a reservation in my future. Beautiful rush.

Medical grade nitrous 1:1 mix if I can ever find it is something I would be all over. Its up there at the top of drugs for me.

Really wanna try O-DSMT. Heard it’s a good opiate-like drug but self-limiting, like kratom. Probably stronger than kratom tho. I just want to at least have it on hand for bad pain days; my partner can hold it the rest of the time so I don’t get myself into trouble.

Also wouldn’t mind trying more benzo-like RCs. Pour one out for the good ol’ days when you could easily buy Etizolam, even on the clearweb. I remember this one brand, name escapes me ATM, but I’d get these sublingual tablets and when I tasted it melting under my tongue I’d relax right away.

Also want Memantine, on my todo list. THAT you can still buy on the clearweb I believe
 
I never really much cared for etizolam personally. I sampled a pack of the “etilaam” brand tablets but they never had much of an effect for me, leading me to think that maybe I was a “non responder” for thienotriazolodiazepines…I was kinda curious about brotizolam at one point too but the fact that it’s also a thienotriazolodiazepine made me ultimately pass it by as a potential option for a tranquilizer
 
At this point the only common drug I haven't done is GHB. I would like to try that but know I'd probably like it a little too much.
