[25X-NBOMe Subthread] Liquid Dosing & Storage

I have a question.
I have a volume of 25e-NMOBe, 5mg to be exact. This question does not relate to my measurement. It is accurate. Nor to my choice of dose.
Two questions:
My plan is as follows. Add the chemical to 20 cc of water and administer it in 2cc doses which will be approximately 500mcg.
Question 1: Will this substance go into solution in water
Question 2: Will it maintain its potency in this state. I will have 20 doses here so the liquid solution would sit in the refrigerator for several months.
 
My assumption is that it is a salt. I can't think of what other form it would be in. Appreciate the response
 
I agree, any freebase phenethylamine would usually be a nasty oil. Water should work, but I would not recommend that method. How would you be administering the liquid dose? These compounds don't work orally so are you going to hold it in your mouth? That can work but is not ideal IMO.

What I did with 25C-NBOMe is dissolve it in isopropanol, then I got a measured amount of mannitol and I put the solution over it and mixed, then let it evaporate and mix some more. The mannitol carrier can be snorted and you can calculate your doses quite easily that way.
Make sure a good dose comes to something like 60-70 mg - not too little but not so much that it will drip either.

Was not an option. Could have sworn I had seen reports from people who had ingested it via mouth.
I guess my next choice would be plugging it. Not a big fan of that method though not for the reasons one might think. When i plug phenethylamines I find that I do not get the full effect that I get from an oral and the effect is much shorter.
As for the method you mentioned....I can't snort anything.
Any other ideas?
 
I've been looking into these recently. I've sampled anything yet, but hope to in the next couple weeks. I know you say no to snorting, but you could blow the water, Ive read several places this will work. Also it is orally inactive, but if it is held in your mouth, under your tongue and gums, it appears to be active. I noticed it is sometimes on blotter. However it seems to need to be held in for an extended period of time without swallowing spit. Sorry for no sources or anything and this being knowledge that I have yet to test, but with in a month I will know for sure. Keep doing some research and youll find what I did.
 
blow = snort, so snort it in liquid form. It's a possibility but if it is a very good one I hesitate looking at the volume. If the volume is correct I dont see why not.

Holding it under the tongue is called sublingual absorption, there are blood vessels there that can pick it up directly without the gut breaking it down.

Plugging is one way to go and sublingual is another. But doing liquid sublingual, then you better make sure its a small volume and you dont swallow!
 
I figure that my liquid measurement will leave me with 5mg of the chemical in 10ml of water. So a single dose would be 1ml (500mcg).
1ml does sound like a lot for sublingual administration. Wonder how long it would take for 1ml of liquid to be
Absorbed sublingually.
Will also try plugging a dose may cut the dose slightly for this route..
And if I can figure out how to do it "blowing the water" might be something I could try..though it seems the the water would have to be aerosolized into a mist of kinds to do that. If I just put a straw in water and pulled I suspect the water would just trickle down my throat and i'd end upb with an oral dose via an odd route
 
^The only feasible way I know to do liquid insufflation is to cut the tip off a syringe, pull out the plunger and back load the compound into the barrel, draw 10 insulin units of water or less in to dissolve it, then tip your head back, squirt it in deep, and slowly and gently breathe in through your nose. You should do a test with just water first to find out the ideal volume of water you need to avoid overflowing the nostrils and going down your throat. You just want to soak the nasal membranes, not wash them.

And the HCl is a clean salt, the FB also is a solid, just not as clean and crisp, but this is pretty standard for freebase solids. Purity is known and good. But I was surprised to see it not as an oil...

Is there any more advice for question number 2? PEA's don't last long diluted in water and I would like to know how about NBOMe's. OP's going to keep it in the fridge for several months and I would like to know if his stuff is going to loose any potency. In powder, it won't but in liquid form I have no idea.

So then the final verdict is...these drugs as well as PEA's will not degrade in solution?

Finally got my 25e-NBOMe in and was planning on doing the liquid measurement tomorrow. I will end up with 10 doses so .... hope it stores well as a solution in water

I have several samples of 25C freebase, one is a waxy snow-white solid, the other is a slightly yellow very viscous oil. I believe the oil has reaction solvent in it still. The freebase of 25C does appear to be a solid. This is not that surprising, the molecule is a lot larger, relative to the PEA parent.
 
Hi everyone

I have read the big and dandy 25i thread but couldnt find info on how long are NBOME compounds stable. I mean how long before they start to degrade if they are stored in dark and cold place.

Only thing i could find is from user sekio : 2. I think the NBOMe's are pretty good for stability; and somethng in the 2c-e thread saying that it should last couple of years

I am sorry if missed more info somwhere.

Hey people,

I will have 100mg of 25c-NBOMe in my possession soon. I think I've calculated how to dilute it correctly, but I would just like to check it with you to make sure I didn't make any mistakes, which could be really dangerous with this compound.

I have an insulin syringe which holds half a milliliter and which can be used to measure 1/100th of a milliliter (so it is marked 1 through 50). I have another syringe which holds 20 milliliter and can be used to measure full milliliters (marked 1 through 20). As said I will have 100mg of 25c, which I will also weigh on my scale which is accurate to the milligram.

My plan is to suck up about 7 ml of vodka in the large syringe, squirt it into a glass and let the 100mg of 25c dissolve in it. Then I'll suck it up again with the large syringe and then suck in some extra vodka until I have exactly 10 ml. Next I'll put that into a small sealable container (I still have to buy that). When I want to dose, I take the insulin syringe (I've broken off the needle so I won't stab myself) and fill it until for example "5", meaning 5/100th of a ml, which then should contain 500 μg of 25c and squirt that up my nose.

I think I've thought everything through: easy to remember (1 step on the insulin syringe is 100μg), small amounts of liquid in my nose and using alcohol to prevent fungus growth. Is this a good way to do it or did I forget something?

EDIT: Now I'm thinking I should maybe use 20ml instead of 10, so I can dose more precisely... What do you think?
