20161007 4-HO-MiPT 16mg (IR)
This will be a short and to the point trip report concerning the rectal administration of 16mg 4-HO-MiPT
Male.
85Kg / ~187lb.
30 years of age.
At home, alone, feeling fine.

A dose of 16Mmg 4-HO-MiPT is administered rectally.

First alerts are felt.
21:58 / T +00:11
First minor visual effects are noted. Subtle shifting in the letters on screeen.

Some shifting though still pretty mild.

Effects have climbed and sit somewhere between: +/++

A mellow ++ experience.

Effects have climbed and sit somewhere between: ++/+++

Effects have been decreasing a bit for about 30 minutes.

Visual effects mostly gone. There is still a lingering body load (nothing annoying).
Conclusion:
Comparative, 16mg rectally would compare to 20/25mg orally (your mileage may vary).
For me personally, I would probably up the dosage next time using this ROA. For me, there were no (leg-)tremors and or nausea at this dosage and ROA. Bruxia was present, but not overly so. Oral doses of ~25mg and ~30mg in the past were accompanied by bruxism as well, plus some (minor) nausea and the shakes (mostly leg-tremors).
Up until this point I only consumed this stuff orally. Years ago with 2 friends and myself we did it three times. Every time with the same three people and every time each consuming 20mg on an empty stomach. There were one or more weeks between each session. What really stuck with me from that time was the each time the intensity of the effects would differ per person. The first time, one of us was tripping hard after 15/20 minutes, the second person would have decent effects at the one hour after ingestion mark, while the third would barely have any effects 2 hours after ingestion. The next time, roles would be reversed. Pretty strange. I can clearly remember when it was my turn to be blown away by the stuff only 15/20 minutes after ingestion. Just wow! That was years ago.
