Hi all,

I would like to formally share my webpage dedicated to U.S. State by state legislation on synthetic cannabinoids.

it also contains some up to date Federal ban info users may find helpful, along with some other state bans on synth caths, stims, meths, halos etc.

I try to stay on top of each states legislation weekly along with the federal bans so check back periodically.

Jeremy's Legislation Page

Enjoy! and be safe my fellow bluelighters. %)

The way I understand all the legal mumbo-jumbo is it bans everything even if it isn't on the list. Kinda like the legislators said just ban anything that is mind altering even if it hasn't been invented yet.

The link for Georgia is broken.

good catch, it does happen, will be updated soon.

in the meantime, you can click on the flag next to the state name, it will give you the list of banned noids in a txt file hosted by me, along with the Senate or House bill number you could look up, (in this case H. B. 1309)

thanks again for the help, %)

Not exactly, the term for “cannabimimetic agents” is clearly defined in Schedule I of the CSA, click the "definition" link on the site,

to clarify, the definition deems any "substance that is a cannabinoid (CB1 receptor) agonist as demonstrated by binding
studies and functional assays" in 5 structural classes or their analogs as banned.

that left many cannabinoids (like 5f-pb22) with no such binding studies or assays legal on many state levels and even skirted the analog laws to some extent, of course now that it has been "emergency scheduled' that point is mute.

There are also several cannabinoids outside of the 5 structural classes that are completely outside of the federal analog act, as well as not having binding assays for being CB1 receptor agonist, still available and being discovered as we speak.

now, technically even with those federal stipulations aside one could be charged if "intent to manufacture spice" or a marijuana like substance could be proven under different federal and state guidelines, even if said noid is not on any fed or state ban list.

got any questions, just ask, education is the key.

^ Don't bump your own threads.

I was going to let you know the link for Georgia was fixed in that post, bumping seems to have brought it to your attention, my mistake.

I can't seem to get anything right on here today, threads deleted, improper etiquette, I think I'll just lay low for a while...and save what is left of my rep here....

^ No worries man, we just don't allow people to bump their threads. It's no big deal whatsoever so don't sweat it.

Thanks for updating me about the Georgia links though.

Even if this thread doesn't stay on the front page, people will find it as soon as they search for this.

Just wanted to mention I added some other types of info to the site, stims, caths, psycs etc, state bans,

plan on updating more soon so check back periodically.

If anyone finds anything I missed from a state please bring it to my attention it will be added ASAP.

and thank you BL for allowing the link here so everyone can have the latest laws easily accessible for free!
