Ondansetron and MDMA

Will ondansetron affect the MDMA experience in any way besides relieving nausea?
Any possible decrease in empathy, euphoria, the whole experience?

Well Wiki suggests that it is a 5-HT3 antagonist. I don't really think this would affect the MDMA experience. It is thought that 5-HT2 receptors are the really important receptors for entactogenesis and therefore the euphoria/empathy induced by MDMA. The reason alcohol can make you feel sick is because of 5-HT3 agonism, although mild agonism of 5-HT3 could also produce feelings of calmness and relaxation. So it could take away something relaxing/calm from the experience.

Overall, I wouldn't really worry about it.
