I not sure if this thread is better on its own or in AH-7921 Megathread so Ill let a mod decide where its better.
So basically Im going to share my experience with this specific chemical and this thread is for anyone who is planing to use AH-7921 for a long period.

The first part is going to be about the Side effect.

Possible side effect:
- Irritability (common with opioids)
- Feeling dissociated (probably cause by AH-7921 having affinity for ĸappa opioid receptor) <- this is not proven
- Getting half of your hand numb (little and ring finger) [Possible dangerous effect on Ulnar nerve]
- Insomnia (cause by certain side effect)
- Shakes and twitch (less common)
Here is the bigger part of the thread: THE WITHDRAWAL (the most important part is the last one but its good to read it all)
I never withdrawn from any other opioids then Kratom so I cant tell if AH-7921 is worst but because of my experience and knowledge on the subjet I believe AH-7921 have one of the worst withdrawal symptoms because it has a MUCH longer half-life and is quiet strong, I believe it have a good BA (Bioavailability).
I first used AH-7921 many months ago, I bought 1 or 2 grams, im not sure, probably 2. So I usually snort the substance because I dont like the effect of oral route (too much drowsiness and dissociation). I was snorting about 15-25mg 4-5 time a day and after 3 weeks I believe the 2 grams were all consumed. I first didnt knew I was withdrawing, I was feeling very depressed and had mild insomnia. I first thought it was side effect of the Quetiapine (Seroquel) I was taking for insomnia but it wasnt ! A few days ago I was feeling amazing and I understood what was going on. It was the withdrawal.
The second time I bought AH-7921 a few months after that, I bought 5 grams of it. I consumed all of it intranasally in the time of over 1 month. I then thought, the first withdrawal was not that bad... I will be able to pass over this one too. I was wrong ! ... The first sign of the withdrawal was the runny nose, I always get this first and then the game began. Big spasms and twitchs, insomnia, hot and cold flashes, horrible body sensation, it been very hard to past over it. So guess what, on day 2 I bought 10 grams of AH-7921. I had those symptoms for 5 days and then I though : POPPY SEEDS TEA ! I took a 150g infusion of poppy seeds and most of the symptom were gone.
The last part Is when I received the 10 grams of AH-7921 which I received a few days after the poppy seed tea. I restarted snorting AH-7921 but now, 25-35mg 5-6 time a day. After 2 months nothing was left. And I though: damn the withdrawal will be horrible... so I order some Tapentadol before running out of it. The Tapentadol arrived the day after I had my last dose. The even of the same days I stopped using AH-7921 I already got severe symptoms because I was tappering very low because the Tapentadol was not arriving on time. I tried the poppy seeds tea but I vomit it all after supper. I had all the same withdrawal symptom of the second use during that night and then the day after passing all the night not sleeping I had to wait until 13h pm to go get my Tapentadol at the post office. I past most of this time driving around listing to music which made me cry and this music doesnt make me cry normally... its Eminem so obviously there is no other reason to cry then the withdrawal.
That day I started snorting Tapentadol (very painful) and it never relieved any symptom, I dont know if it was because I was in acute withdrawal or because Tapentadol is weak but It simply didnt worked. In the evening I started vomiting HARD. Every piece of food every ml of liquid I was putting In my stomach I vomit it severely for minutes, even if there was nothing in my stomach I was still vomiting, There was lots of blood and bile in it all the time. The evening I vomited 5 time and then I deceided to go to the Emergency at the hospital where I had to tell my storie. During the waiting I had severe agitation, I hyperventilated, all my body became numb, I had spasm and twitchs. They finally treat me by injecting me 5mg of morphine. Most of the symptom were gone after that so they prescribed my 5mg morphine oral. It worked for a day then I started vomiting again I returned to the hospital but I was taking too much time and I started feeling better so I left the hospital before seeing a doctor. I past 2 other days without vomithing and then It started again. I returned to the hospital and now I waited a long time and the day after I finally saw a doctor which prescribed me Ondansetron to stop the vomiting.
Im now taking the Morphine and Ondansetron and my condition have stabilized. Some food give me nausea but I dont vomit. I believe that even if im on morphine 5mg oral which is a rediculous dose compare to the dose of AH-7921 I was taking, I think I might be on PAWS (post acute withdrawal symptom) for now because I only suffer extreme depression and im very weak.
During this event, I couldnt eat during 6 days and I lost over 10 pounds.
After going throught this episode and being treat at the hospital I will now try to stay away from any drugs especially Research chemicals.
If anyone have question or need tips, I may help. If your going throught what I went throught, I feel your pain and I urge you to see a doctor.
