DXM and Vyvanse question

Quick note: I am posting this with "swim" because I posted this on another forum and wanted to ask the same question here. I'm in a hurry and on an iPhone so I apologize for not changing it.

Swim fiddled with the search engine but couldn't find a specific post relating to his case. Also, swim was hoping for people to possibly post their past experiences with a similar combination. If anyone finds an older one that relates to this Q, please feel free to link.
Swim has a question regarding DXM in combination with therapeutic regiments of vyvanse. Swim is prescribed 50 mg vyvanse and 8mg of suboxone. Swim has take suboxone for a couple years, and amphetamines for about 4 years (on and off in the past, for attention issues). With vyvanse in particular, swim has been prescribed it since early last fall. He's pretty tolerant of it. Swim is also tolerant of DXM and is well aware of how it feels and works.
Swim knows for a fact that suboxone isn't any danger with DXM, since he almost always taken it the same day/time as DXM. My real question is about the amps, since swim has heard that stims can be dangerous with the DXM.
Swim took 100mg (hadn't slept well and felt it was necessary to double up) this morning at 1130 am. Vyvanse has a long duration of effect. If swim ingested a low dose of DXM tonight around 10pm or so, would there be any real danger? By low dose, swim means ~300 or 400mg.

Vyvanse is a prodrug of d-amphetamine. DXM is a serotonin reuptake inhibitor and amphetamine has relatively mild and, I think isolated, interactions with serotonin release/reuptake compared to some other recreational stimulants. I think you'll probably be fine, especially at lower doses. DXM is much more dangerous with MDMA, meth, and other stimulants/empathogens that release serotonin heavily as far as I know. Just don't go getting really hot and sweaty.

You shouldn't take DXM and amphetamines so close together, I would wait at least 48 hours between them.

We do not recommend you combine DXM and strong stims for risk of tachycardia/hypertension. Duration is listed at ~13 hours for lisdexamphetamine, in which case I'd expect your heart-rate/BP to still be higher than normal when you dose the DXM.

On the other hand, given the dosages and time-frame involved, it's very unlikely that there'll be any issue, except in the presence of other contraindicating factors (pre-existing medical condition, other meds/supplements, etc.).
