are there natural ace inhibitors or beta blockers ?

i've read about milk (c12 protein) chocolate, and procyanidns as natural ace inhibitors
and passionflower, chamomile, arginine as natural beta blockers. but i cant find research about them(apart milk and procyanidins), so don't really trust them

they may be useful for heart health, reducing anxiety, performance enhancement and preventing damage to the heart done by various drugs

do you know some of these?

It has been suggested that passionflower and chamomile act via GABA A receptors, but herbal supp. research is lacking for the most part so it is hard to know if things are more than mere speculation.

Well I have read a while back (can't recall source) that the husk of rice commonly eaten in japan contains a naturally occuring angiotensin blocker. Something that is lost once the rice is processed of course.

It won't have anything like the effectiveness of a pharma ACE though.
