RCs Methoxetamine and MDPV

Not sure how this combo would work out as far as recreation is concerned, but could anyone give me information on potential dangers or contraindications of taking the two drugs together?

Any solid advice is welcome, and much appreciated!
 
Both drugs are dopamine reuptake inhibitors and anxiety/paranoia/general manic behavior is probably going to be exacerbated
 
Since when does methoxetamine affect secondary amine release/reuptake?
I though it was an NMDA agonist with slight affinity for (beta or delta?) opioid receptors?
 
Beta opioid receptors don't exist. Methoxetamine is a NMDA receptor agonist, with likely sigma receptor agonist and dopamine reuptake inhibitor properties (I think it even interacts directly with dopamine receptor D2), as well as a purported mu-opiate receptor agonist. This is based off of SAR with its close cousins 3-OH-PHP, PCE, Ketamine, etc.

Ketamine has also been found to interact with proteins like HCN1 and modulates/downregulates calcium/sodium channels to an extent (hence the local anesthetic action). It's possible than MXE hits these too.
 
It is a dopamine reuptake inhibitor in addition to being an NMDA antagonist.

Combining a dopamine reuptake inhibitor with a stimulant is playing with fire, I would take these at least a few hours apart from each other, and there isn't a lot known about MDPV either.

Best to not mix them together at all in my opinion, due to danger of overstimulation, anxiety, rapid heartbeat and other issues common with mixing drugs that increase levels of dopamine.

Tread carefully.
 
Sorry, It had been awhile since I thought about pharmacology and organic chemistry. I couldn't remember the different receptors correctly.
Thanks for the info, but is this speculation drawn from it's similarity to ketamine or docented phenomena?
 
It's speculation, but speculation based on close relatives of methoxetamine (namely ketamine/PCP which are the most well documented). Methoxetamine is not going to be wildly different, it's a rather minor modification to ketamine.
 
Just avoid having an active dose of Adderall in your system. Wait a day or so without taking them, just to be on the safe side.

Adderall and other amphetamines have a somewhat sobering effect on dissociative users, I believe.
 
Thanks for the help man, lol I'm just trying to be safe. Haven't yet tries this one and I don't wanna get any dumb ideas working in my head before I take it.
 
mdpv and mxe combo has running around naked taking 8 cops to bring you down all over it......bad idea if you ask me. Probably similar to sprinkling some crack on your wet (pcp)

Yeah, I have heard that MDPV has a tendency to cause paranoia and/or even up to psychotic episodes in some users. I would really avoid this combo just in case you turn out to have a psychotic episode.

If you have a tendency to re-dose ketamine or other dissociatives often in one sitting, you may also want to avoid doing this with methoxetamine, and possibly not even use MXE unless someone else can help titrate your dose to a proper experience, and then cut you off.
 
^ Ive never used ketamine, so I don't have the slightest clue as to how I'll react. I was just thinking about he mdpv bcause it makes me party hardy. I was just gonna vape 5 mg while I was coming up, waitig for my dub show o start.
 
I don't think I'll have problems with this one, I don't have enough to get addicted to it, and
I don't have the balls to take it into the show with me. I just wanna try it once or twice before k go ou in public with it. I won't have nearly enough mxe of mdpv with me to go on a binge.
 
The mania you will experience will worsen the paranoia of mdpv. I personally wouldn't want to mix them but it may be intresting.
 
Mania, confusion, memory loss all mixed up with paranoia and a heart beating out of your skin...
 
I'm fond of mdpv in light doses so that's why I proposed the question. From all the reports mxe sounds a little sedating and I don't want to be tires at a rave.
 
^Thank you I was confused about that......was just thinking ya know what a wierd chick.....glad your alright, how is the methoxetamine compared to other etamine substances?
