bad allergies?

hey, well i don't know if it's allergies or what, but i keep coughing shit up. and everything tastes like plastic afterwords, my throats been real itchy, and my eyes,(maybe its the weed?).
It might just be a cold because the place that i'm sleeping at night staid pretty cold last night, and not to mention i slept on the floor.
whatcha think? how do u handle ur allergies (if u have any)?

Benadryl and Zyrtec.
Before that I got 3 allergy shots at a time, once a week for a year. Suck.
Injecting stuff you are allergic to in your skin causes nasty painful welts.
but it was worth it.
