amitriptyline + LSD

I have some amitriptyline tablets and I heard somewhere that if I take them with LSD then it will somehow enhance the effects. Is this true or another bullshit rumor? If it is true, then please state what it will effect while under the influence of LSD.

I still have nortriptyline, and the next time I get some doses im gonna try it out. I havent come across any acid in a while.
