Along with my opiate and booze addiction, ive also had the potential for a benzo habit.
Because of this my g.p and shrink do not prescribe them for me.
However,i do suffer badly with insomnia, and need something for it.
Ive had Zopiclone prescribed before(for a short term,a couple of years ago),and was wondering, because its not a benzo,do you think its a possibility my shrink would give me a regular script for it,because from what ive heard, its not that habit forming, and from what i remember it used to help.Anyone had personal experience with this?
(just realised its spelt,zopiclone)

zopiclone or imovane works nicely as an occasional sleep aid, knocks you out pretty quick at 3.75-7.5mg and very little hangover.
but don't get into the habit of taking it every night, your insomnia will only be worse once you stop. Even these meds that they claim aren't habit forming actually are, especially if you can't fall asleep any other way.
and your doctor should be willing to write you a script for this stuff, it has absolutely zero abuse potential in my opinion.
