Misc Zopiclone - YOUR TIPS NOW PLEASE , QUICK.

I sometimes take Zopiclone for sleep.

I know the following:
- Not to take any other drugs (anything really from legal to not legal,etc.. downers,upper,ers,etc... NEVER I mix. )
- no drinking of course.

any other tips?
