As i have very little Benzos and im trying to quit them anyway, what would help me sget some sleep the best?

Zolpidem, i took 20mg feel no effects which i guess is down it working on the same receptors as Benzos.Gaba A

The Diphenhydramine tabs i took 50mg maybe 20 minutes ago or so, im also doubting will help, yet maybe a little more may be needed for them to kick in although i did crunch them up a bit before i swallowed them, i believe these work on the H1 receptors which i know from past experience of Mirtazapine which helps knocks you out (too much imo) also worked in the H1 receptor.

A small amount of alcohol may help?

When I first got put on ambien I had to take both (doctor approved) the ambien and the diphenhydramine for them to be effective (I'm now on mirtazapine). Granted I had been taking 50mg diphen everyday for about 10 years so that may be a bit much for someone who's not used to them. If you're into weed it will really boost the sedation of both of those.

Diphenhydramine is actually very sedating. I recommend getting yourself in the position to sleep though as it's not a miracle sleep-inducer.

diphenhydramine and the dxm amount thats in 1 or 2 night time cold gel caps (usualy 10 - 15mg per cap) can help you get to sleep, might be worth investing in some dxm containing medicine. Theres something else in them that helps you get to sleep as well i believe (in the gel caps) but I cant remember
