Benzos Zolpidem hallucinations (i know ambien is a benzo analog and not a benzo)

Has anyone here ever hallucinated on zolpidem (ambien)?
if you have: was it good? did it feel good? what did you see? would weed make it better? did you get tired?
how much would you need if you had little tolerance? how much would you need if you had a tolerance?

I used to "get high" on zolpidem pretty frequently and it can be recreational but it can also be pretty shitty.
Yes, I have hallucinated on it but nothing cool or interesting or really even memorable. I dunno I'd snort a regular pill or two and get pretty messed up. Eating them just made me go to sleep.

It's not fun, IMO.

my old roommate used to get psychedelic like visuals on doses around 30-40mg. he said plants looked like they were growing, the plaster ceiling was flowing, etc etc

all ambien ever did to me was make me black out and do stupid shit. never got actual visuals.

the worst part about ambien is that while you're on it you don't feel intoxicated, so you want to redose. it is a common story for ambien users to take one or two pills in an attempt to get high and then wake up in the morning finding that they ended up eating their entire bottle while they were blacked out.

there's better highs out there. ambien will get you high or fucked up or whatever, but i don't think it really should be used recreationally. higher doses do some really weird shit to your brain. my old roommate with the ambien problem would having lasting impairment from his use.... fucked up balance/coordination... he used to walk into/trip over the coffee table accidentally all the time even after being sober for several days... etc.... never had that problem before ambien.

I get strong auditory hallucinations. No euphoria, not worth it

Ambiene has made me "trip out". Felt like the walls were breathing and getting bigger/smaller.

Its also made me black out and act like im on benzos. Its really weird with ambien, it sometimes really fucks you up and makes you trip out and do weird shit, but other times it just makes you do standard weird benzo shit.

Last time I took 30mg and it didn't do shit....but the 1st time I ever took ambein I ended up seeing shit that made me crawl on the floor inside a Carvel ice cream shop...

If you want to actually trip on ambien, backload a few pills into an oral syringe for rectal admin. Hit's you seconds after pushing the plunger, slight burn, but this is the only way I've ever successfully tripped on zolpidem. I don't recommend it though, in spirits of harm reduction, as everyone's body reacts differently.

For me, ambien is similar to valium, in terms of effect and relative dose.

For me ambien is the anti-valium. I've used valium to alleviate hallucinations and to clear my head when my thoughts race and helps me rationalize and calm down.

Ambien makes me delusional, sometimes hallucinate, and reduces my mental capacity to that of a small child.
