So last night i took zolpidem trying to trip, nothing happened, so i went to bed.
Then when i woke up, i have a pretty high pain threshold, like above average, 'cause i'm used to beatings and shit, but yeah, back to ambien
i wake up and holy motherfucker, excuse my words but holy shit, my right knee, i couldn't movei t 'cause it was cramping WHEN i moved it, not when it was still, which is weird
same thing with the elbows but worse, especially the right one
they still cramp but i have them in a comfortable position.
This has happened before, idk if it's only been when i've took ambien (sorry for my little x_kewl_h0od_x_ grammar)
but yeah, could this be because of ambien? or is it maybe the way i'm sleeping?
like i remember my friend telling me, never sleep with your arms on the head (so it creates a triangle on both sides) 'cause it's gonna hurt like a motherfucker
i don't sleep like that, but maybe when i'm asleep i change position
my elbows are a lot better now, i couldn't move them before, couldn't even get out to bed to piss
it's all good now though, i just wanna know what it could be.
Is it the ambien? is my room too cold (i do open the window a fear bit when i go to bed 'cause i like to be a little chilled up when going to bed, oneo f those windows that opens from the top and it has a switch if you wanna open it sideways, great information, now you all know that, idk why i even said that)? maybe, like i said, i sleep in weird positions
anyone ideas?
IF THIS IS UNCLEAR IT'S BECAUSE I HAVE JUST WOKEN UP AND MANAGED TO GET TO THE COMPUTER, SO I'M DROWSY, IF YOU CAN'T UNDERSTAND WHAT I'M ASKING OR TALKING ABOUT IN THE POST, PLEASE TELL ME IN THE COMMENT SECTION SO I CAN EDIT IT, GONNA BUY AN ENERGY DRINK NOW SO I WAKE UP A LITTLE
LMAO i just gotta edit this in, i was going to mum's room 'cause there's where the phone is and i was gonna call dad's ex and ask if that's what she's experienced too and she said yeah, funny part though, i have a couch in my room instead of a chair and i fell over it LMAO
which i would have recorded it, woulda been hilarious to see
