I haven't taken ambien or other (in my opinion) bad drugs in a very long time. Ambien i thought was an awesome trip until i took lsd and mushrooms and experienced what a true psychedelic trip is supposed to feel like.
The other day i found my old desktop and on it i found two old trip reports, one of Ambien 50mg (will post here) and one of DXM 888mg (will post in another thread)
I wrote this trip as i was tripping and anything in parentheses was added in the day afterward.
50mg of ambien, low tolerance, have taken it a few times before, not within a week of this trip, most i have ever taken was 30mg at one time.
3:45 - took 4 10mg zolpiden tartarate orally
4:00 - not feeling much if anything (meaning the come up, if youve taken ambien you know what i mean)
4:05 - snorted one crushed 10 mg zolpidem tartarate (made 2 lines and then poured the rest of the semi crushed powder and the flakey pill lining into my mouth and swallowed, i did not do this because i was expecting anything else, i had already planned to snort the last one 15 minutes in to enhance the come-up.)
4:10 - feel the come up i was expecting, going to watch H&K see what comes up (turned on harold and kumar, escape from Guantanamo bay)
4:18 - first trip out put everything away incriminatying. very difficulat task. (4:13ish - 4:18 went and put away my snort straw, weed jar, other stuff i had sitting out on my desk)
4:19 - this is a great trip i wish life was always like this i cant descerivbe whats differet but it is slightly different and things are morphing when i (LostTrainOfThough) buuuuuuuubaaalooooaaa (i dont even know how to explain this)
4:20 - put on the fuckin movie and relax to shittt (i had paused to put things away and forgotten i was watching a movie)
4;30 - feeling high as shit. it is no longer me watching a movie i am now with them. the 3 o us need to get out of the bay.. it is great...atm peoplw have heads of aliens (i felt as though i was with them in the movie. if they were hiding from someone i was hiding too, if they were running i felt the rush of running too, if they were scared i was scared. "heads of aliens", their faces didnt really seem to be human. they were strangely morphed, not REALLY alien-like, but different.)
seeing 3d images of things poppoing from the screen (not really, i just remember seeing a reflection in my screen and kept trying to grab it)
6/;08 completely fucking lost (i dont remember anything about this)
look at chars at 31:00 (i have no idea what this means either)
NO OTHER WAT TO WATCH A MOVIE (i enjoyed the movie apparantly, but i only remember the first 15 minutes or so)
7:77 -- still high (comparable to probably 20mg)
8:55 high as shitt (the same high, fucked up but able to hold a conversation)
9:40 - slight high (like popping a single pill)
10:41 im coming down (feels like i snorted about 5mg)
overall looking back this was not a very enjoyable experience, i gained nothing and would not recommend taking this recreationally unless your idea of a good time is becoming temporarily mentally retarded.
