Came in from a night out, wasn't in the mood for drinking (still a bit hungover) so only had a couple of ciders at the start of the night and was just drinking water from then on, so by the time I got home I was sober.
Took my usual dose of zolpidem (10mg -- 2x5mg tablets) for my sleeping difficulties. Spent a few minutes checking my email etc and then headed off to bed as I could feel it kicking in.
Anyway, as soon as I got into bed I realised I needed the toilet fairly urgently. Went to the toilet and when I came back everything seemed different somehow. Starting to feel very sedated and a bit detached but very nice and sat down on my chair and realised just how relaxed I was. Grabbed my ipod and realised that the screen seemed very bright.
Decided this was actually turning out to be quite fun so decided to crush up another pill and snort it. I wasn't looking forward to this because of the burn everyone complained about but I couldn't feel it (but it definitely went up).
After this point everything got very hazy and really can't remember what I did. I can remember turning the lights off and the massive trails coming off the screen of my ipod, along with very strange visuals of everything 'collapsing' into the bright light of the ipod, hard to explain.
Next thing I know I'm in bed and it's 6pm (some 14 hours after I took the last tablet) and I had that OMG-what-have-I-done feeling. Grabbed my phone and hoped that I hadn't phoned or texted anyone, which I hadn't, so that was good.
Looked round my desk and there was spots of powder all over the place and I looked at my tablets and I'd taken another 3 through the course of the night, so 30mg total.
Overall, quite fun, but I won't repeat it intentionally. The amnesia is the problem, I can't remember anything that happened. To me, a bit like pulling a hot bird when you're so drunk that you can't even remember it. Mightaswell of not happened at all.
