Will taking zofran (serotonin antagonist) with mescaline, shrooms, acid, or dmt relieve the nausea?? Ie: is the psychedelic nausea caused do you think by binding of the serotonin mimic to the serotonin ht3 nausea receptors in the gut and the chemoreceptor trigger zone in the brain??

If i can do mescaline with no nausea, i think i will have discovered a new paradise.

Moved :)

According to Wikipedia, this drug (of which I honestly never heard before) is a 5-HT3 antagonist. I believe there are similar drugs OTC in some places for the treatment of nausea.

To my knowledge, selective 5-HT3 antagonism will not do much to alter the trip, but will make you vomit less - a good thing for mescaline indeed :).
