Well hello fellow bluelighters, been here 3 months and it's taken of till now to get round to saying hi and telling you a bit about myself. If I make many friends here you'd be quite welcome to email me if the message didn't quite fit in with threads or posts. I am quite new to the internet as well so may need some of those emails!
But what to say? I love the strip cartoon 'Nemi' by Lise (check it, I think it originates in Norway but is in a UK daily paper). I am Scottish with Serb grandparents, hence the username which roughly translates as 'oblivion'. Could never live without my music. Spent 10 years avidly waiting for each new Harry Potter book. As for drugs, I am prescribed Xanax when I can afford it and 2.5mg lorazepam when I can't. OxyNorm (same as US Roxicodone) but am having tolerance issues. May post about difficulties of getting even a month or two break on similar drug like hydromorphone to restore tolerance. Very annoyed that carisoprodol has recently been withdrawn, only thing that ever helped my lumbar muscular problem. Oh, and I can't forget the 4 x 2mg Rivotril (US Klonopin) daily either but here it's NOT anxiolytic, only scripted for seizures. It has saved me on more than one occassion when I got a bit greedy with the alps and lorazzies though!
I don't know all the rules of the board yet, how to find the best vendors of the best quality meds etc, since I often find myself needing longer acting benzos like bromazepam, diazepam and particularly Lysanxia 40mg brand prazepam, which is least sedating of all benzos but 80mg sure sorts out my thanatophobia, a terror of impending death. By that I mean my toe is a micron from the proverbial bucket and nothing is more certain than my death within seconds. It would be interesting to hear if any other bluelighter suffers the same condition. I believe to have it this bad is not common. Another thread to start methinks.
