Subutex in my case

Day 4ish

My strategy this time was change my number, taper the last of what I had, and jump off with no way of getting more.

Yeah, I ended up doin the crack crawl on the floor lookin for chunks, but i'm pretty determined this time because if I don't get off now, I probably won't ever will, I'm with my mom, she's taking care of my bills, and I have a month or two to recover at my leisure. Not really leisure, but I'm pretty sure the pressure is off until January

ANYWHO, Thank FUCK I found a BOATLOAD of benzos my mom had been hiding from me before my last dose. 60 nitrazapem, 90 bromazapem, and 300 etizolam I ordered. And, my mom had foot surgery at the worst time, the same day my withdrawals started, but she has extra vicodin to spare, so lemme just make a list of shit helping my withdrawal

-20 nitrazepam
-15 bromazepam
-110 etizolam
-prolly 10-20 5/500 Vicodin max
-Loperamide
-Excedrin migrane
-multivitamin
- ~ 6 Trazadone + benadryl for knockin self out during day (as you brahs should know, sunlight ain't ya friend when withdrawing, so I've been nightdweling)

Its been not nearly as painful as when I went cold turkey last time, but I went 2 weeks, while working, and still relapsed. Now I've got leisure of no job and I can recover slower and hopefully more controlled.

Usually I take 1 Vicodin, Excedrin, and numerous mix of benzos to make the time I'm awake at night semi-comfortable.

About 9 or 10 in the day, I pop a trazadone, 2 benadryl, maybe another benzo or two, and knock off for 4-8 hours. Wake up drowsy as a motherfucker.

ANYWHO.

The depression and mental is horrible, unable to get out of bed most of the time, struggling to help my mom who just got surgery, etc.

I know for a FACT, as I used to run daily, and bodybuild (almost professionally). Nothing feels better than ripping them muscles, eating a proper regime, doin a little cardio, looking good.

As you guys know, withdrawal makes your whole body just fuckin hurt, hot/cold, fatigue, etc.

This is a question more specifically toward those going off suboxone/subutex/methadone and longer half life kind drugs.

And I know this is more of on an individual basis, but for those that have been successful, when did you feel you could start doing light workouts again with fatiguing and hurting yourself enough to crave. I know the first week is too early. Stretch or whatever, but I want jogging, lifting plates, pushups, squats, etc.

Any info or input is appreciated. Thanks, and best to luck to you guys.

Hey E. Congratulations on making the descion to clean up. I would only recommend taking the opiates if you are planning to try and switch over to them and reap the benefit of having to detox off a shorter half life drug. Other than that my opinion of a taper is that they just kinda prolong the pain. I also think that lope just puts off the pain as well.

The medications I would explore the use of fror detox would be:
>Clonidine< DOSED EVER FOUR HOURS..

one of either
>NEURONTIN< >HERE< >HERE<
OR >Lyrica<

>A BENZO BUT JUST AT NIGHT<
>a nsaid<
>melatonin<
tylenol

I would wait to start to use exercise as a weapon until the acutes are over. Hard exercise increases the adrenals and that is what the clonidine is taken to reduce in withdrawal.

How are you coming along? <3
