If you have a good enough opiate/opioid high you're going to feel awesome pretty much anywhere, but I find the right setting can make the high FAR more enjoyable than normal. I'll share mine and I'd like to hear some of y'alls.
When I use opiates/opioids first thing I do is prepare to set enough time aside to make sure I won't have anything to do or anyone to annoy me, I also do any research I need to do on the substance I plan on using, so I can use it safely if I'm not already familiar with it. Next I set up my bedroom by turning the AC up almost to the max and put several thick blankets on my bed and make sure I have several pillows I can lean on. Next I pick the songs I want to listen to for the night/day whenever. Then I ingest the opiate, dim the lights almost completely, prop up as comfortably as possible on my pillows, wrap up in my blankets and put on my music (usually very mellow classic rock songs about opiates).
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DOING THIS IF YOU ARE USING A DRUG YOU ARE NOT FAMILIAR WITH OR HAS A HIGH RISK OF CAUSING AN ALLERGIC REACTION OR OD. HAVE A VERY TRUSTED FRIEND WITH YOU IN THOSE SITUATIONS!
When I get in this isolated environment with the exact right temperature and lighting, it seems to greatly increase my euphoria, relaxation and enjoyment of the experience in general. This tactic seems to greatly affect codeine, hydrocodone and other of the weaker opiate highs in an almost unbelievable way.
Anyone else notice this? If so what's your favorite setting(s)?
