Your most worrying physical side-effect from drugs?

Im on TRT and wary of taking any synesthetic anabolics tbh. All of them have pretty worrying side effects. Well primo and masteron dont look that bad but they fucking make you go bald. I have a full head of hair so no thank you. Thats also why i increased my test dose slowly

I think trt can make hairloss worse if you're susceptible - Ive not lost too much but I do take finasteride to try and offset it a bit.

Yeah after the anavar debacle Ive stuck to trt in small doses - cut it down to 60-80mg a week.

Or the time I took just a little bit too much diphenhydramine. Started to trip out but couldn't piss, mouth bone dry and vision totally blurred and could not focus. Gravity also went askew. Just after the spiders arrived. Fuck that too.
How much did you take?

IIRC, during my benzo taper and quit, and suffering badly with insomnia, I once took 5 of the 50mg gel capsules, justified to myself on the grounds of tolerance. I had worked up to that dose over a few nights. However, even that dose did not really help me sleep, I was dreaming though, whilst still at least half awake, in bed at night. It was totally fucked up.

I've heard it said several times, that lack of sleep never killed anyone, (people will get some sleep before that could happen,) but people being desperate to sleep, and overdosing on downers has killed plenty.

I guess I'm lucky I wasn't around during the time of barbiturates, as I'd almost certainly have been one more of those statistics. Benzos, SSRIs, and OTC sleeping aids these days do generally seem so much safer (at least in terms of lethal overdose risks). Even to the point of taking crazy doses, like 45mg of Etizolam pills, and unknown amounts of phenazepam (not at the same time, thank God!) I guess even they must have their limits as to what the body can take though, especially if combining with strong opiates, and / or lots of strong alcohol, such as whisky.

I've no idea to be honest, mate. Like you If worked the dose up over a few nights taking lots of two or three tabs over the course of the evening until I got to the nice phase. I got to quite a pleasant drunken uncoordinated level. But that time I took a couple too many and was very lucky not to end up with some sort of severe injury. Never touched it since. Just promethazine for otc. Or occasional z drugs or benzos much safer.

NEP - 'jaw skating', horrid vasoconstruction and prolonged hurting (weeks after binges) in my heart region. Haven't been able to purchase any legally since July 1st. 2025 here in The Netherlands, but still wonder if there's any damage.

XTC - 'jaw skating'.

Ayahuasca - 'nausea'.

Ayahuasca - 'nausea'.

i think it’s funny how the harsher psychedelics that have these heavy body loads nausea and vommitting are the most popular ones in mainstream pop culture and media. due to their history of indigenous use and being “natural” ppl have all these bullshit ideas about how the drugs are more spiritual because they come from earth.

i preferred the 2010s RC scene; had the most fine tuned inventions of chemistry in psychedelic drugs fully optimized designer drugs for maximum euphoria, visuals , and alteration with the cleanest highs.

barfing on ayahuasca? no thanks ill take some Al Lad. basically LSD but optimized to be the correct length of time (not too long).

mushrooms?
nah give me 2C drugs any day of the week over stomach churning spooky ass shrooms

Yeah its as if because ayahuasca makes you sick as fuck its a bonus cos that means its considered "good" by the DEA and the war on drugs idiots. Any drug thats fun and makes you feel great - thats considered a "bad drug".

Even some people who take it try and pull the "Ayahuasca isnt fun" shit - as if thats a good thing. Thats why 4-aco-dmt is a vastly superior drug to normal DMT it does everything ayahuasca does with zero nausea.

Honestly, only withdrawal I think.
I've never accidentally OD'd and I can't think of any side effects that worry me.
With amphetamines, after 2-3 months of using every day I'd become psychotic, so I would say that if I still ever used them.

My teeth getting more jacked up, maybe.

How much tram had you taken Shammy? I used to take the tram fairly often, cant remember ever mixing it with acid tho. Isnt the dosage for seizures above 600mg?

Did you ever see the shadow people? I genuinely thought there were people in the garden - then I read on bluelight someone saying he saw shadow people and I thought "Fuck, I must be round the bend".

When the shadow people come for you, you know you are insane.

I don't remember seeing shadow people specifically, but apparently I would often talk to people who were not there. I'd have this weird thing where I'd wander the streets of my city ~18 hours a day and I kept hallucinating coins and pills on the ground in front of me every few meters (kinda similar to the Super Mario games) that I'd keep trying to pick up, but they would disappear like the nanosecond before my fingers touched them. For some reason, I was still convinced that they were real every time, so I'd be crouching/squatting down every...IDK, every few meters sometimes, as I was walking along.

I just remembered that the shadow people phenomena is actually connected to sleep deprivation and not the actual amphetamines themselves (people in sleep deprivation studies started seeing them, without having taken any substances) so the reason I haven't seen them would be because I'd take Xanax for sleep at least every other night so the maximum time I'd go without sleep would be probably around 36 hours.

worry, not so much physical, primary worry, worry is wrong word, concern is better for mental

Honestly can’t recall, Iz. I wanna say 150? Maybe 200mg?

Was literally the first day I was scripted so maybe my system was a little overamped or summat :?

Was around 300 mics of acid as I recall. Nothing like any trip I’ve ever had before or since.

Just seizures for hours, insanely high fever, complete delirium, the back of my head was virtually bouncing off my butt cheeks for several hours.

Definitely not just a bad trip. 1/5: would not recommend.
