The latest RC making the rounds is another 2-hydroxy substituted alkane, this one a two-carbon substance, usually taken orally as a miscible aqueous solution with multiple adulterants. It's thought to have diverse CNS targets, but is primarily gabaergic yet stimulating at low to moderate doses; severe complications have been reported at higher doses, including ataxia, respiratory depression and coma. Many deaths have been attributed to it. Let's have a listen in a representative thread:
"So, anyone else notice this? I get strange sensations, like an urge to flail around in a crowded room while surrounded by strangers attempting to secure a partner for an evening of uncoordinated coitus. I've used 2HO-ET five times so far, all but once was 108.2mL pure liquid.
The other time was when I let someone I usually trust pour it for me. I wound up blacked-out for 2.3 months, woke up to find my legs had been swapped with a rhino's arms. Anyone else with experience and this chemical know what might have happened? Thanks.."
[was going somewhere actually funny with that.]
