Since I'm 15, I felt always tired and unmotivated, and therefore depressed. I'm not just lazy, I wanted to do things, to educate myself, get good marks at school, socialize with the people I love and so on, but the tiredness fucked up everything. The doctors weren't able to find a physical reason, so I tried various ADs, but they didn't help.
So I began to take stimulants to get my things done, mainly for studying. I took everything from amphetamin, ritalin and a lot of research chemicals. This helped me to tap my full potential, I became very successful in school and were therefore able to study at the best possible university.
I hated every hint of a stimulant crash, so I began to compensate that with GBL.. I got very depressed, and after 1 year studying (although my marks were very good) I felt that I need to change something.
I tried everything, all the racetams, Tyrosin, 2c-d, amt, everything that might help me without causing a hangover. Nothing really made the tiredness go away.
In the end, I found rhodia rosea, which works wonders for me.
I take 800mg of the 3% extract every day, which is quite much. Studies found out, that rhodia rosea decreases tiredness after 3days by 25%, and after 4 weeks, it reached 50%.
My tiredness isn't gone completely, but a decrease by 40-50% seems quite relastic to me. It also helped me a lot with my depression (but this might also be the result of my quit of stimulants).
It also have a noticeable effect on my memory, more than every racetam ever had.
Problems with memory are often a result of stress - Rhodia rosea reduces cortisol and therefore also reduces stress symptoms.

I hope this will help you guys as it helped me.

Hmm....interesting & thanks for your story. My mother suffers from tiredness & lack of motivation for years. I will look into getting her Rhodiola rosea.

She should take at least 600mg per day, and take vitamin-b and magnesium with it, which will help her body to convert it.

Thanks for the little tidbit, Morpheus19. But this kind of post belongs in your blog.
