My main concern is that I have already finished the Oxy prescription, but feel that it was inevitable due to the low 20mg. doses. Can anybody help me with the words for my doc so I can prove my point, and get a new stronger refill?

Well....instead of being a pudhead, just be honest with your doc. and say the pain is too unbearable to handle, and this so called pain release pill isnt releasing it fast enough therefor your doubling your dosage and just plainly ask to be upped to the 40's and see what he says. It couldnt hurt to try.

Of course you shouldn't ask "perhaps, Dr. Doctor, you could up me to the 40's?" however you should ask "is there anything you can give me that will work better?" I'd even try to avoid the word "stronger".
 
just honestly ask him like the others said, tell him that even with the meds he gave you you're in pain, etc, just be honest and ignorant to him. Don't be like, "y0 d0c, my OCs be like all snorted up and shit, g1mm3 some more of dat shit, me anD mY b0yz be huRtInG f0r it, y0"
 
Tell him you have a high opiate tolerance & the 20's arn't affecting you like they should...
