I don't know why but everywhere on the net writes that this pill is contains only methamphetamine (which is wrong!). I just want to make a few things clearer.
Yaba (a.k.a. Thaï throughout Switzerland) are small red pills with the letters 'WY' imprinted on them.
But they are not pure meth (it's possible to find pure meth yaba but it is very rare). Usually it's 80%meth and 20%morphine both running pure. Sometimes you find ones containing ketamnine instead of meth but this is also quite uncommon.
It acts like meth but it's slightly different. It is much more addictive and many people I know fell in 'love' with them. Yaba can be smoked or eaten but I wouldn't recommend eating since it will be too strong. After eating a single yaba you can stay up for three days but the feeling will be too much if you really don't have the habit. I would advise to smoke it on aluminium paper. But beware : smoking is much more addictive (I know it's a double sided blade).
It's hard to not fall for that sweet vanilla smell...
PS: It is very hard to find in Europe. As far as i know there is only in Switzerland and Germany. It also started to appear in UK.

Uh.......speedball pills? Reminds me of when people say those brown specks in some E pills are actually little bits of heroin. Yet I guess it could be possible.

They are not really like speedballs. It's the mophine which makes that difference i think. And these come from Far East Asia (Laos, Burma and Thailand to be precise). If you are from States i'm quite sure that you never saw them in your life. Here's picture if you want to know how they look like..

Switzerland was chosen as the test market for these pills by the producers in Far East. Later there was a quite big police operation in Switzerland where they seized more than 100.000 pills and caught the main dealers. That's why they are so rare even here.
Than many tests were made on them by both private and govenment labs. You could even see reports on tv and newspaper. It's just on net that everybody believes them to be 100% methamphetamine.

Makes sense. 80/20.. that's enough meth to have you speeding your balls off and just enough morphine to not really get you high in combination with that much meth, but get you addicted all the same.

Sounds great for snorting but will the morphine really be usefull in those small quantities orally.
It isn't absorbed orally very well
Also so I am a dealer running a massive meth operation. Wouldn't it be alot safer and more efficent to just press pure meth and let the users get their own morphine?

When I was i Thailand I did a lot of Ya Ba (which means "crazy medicine"), and they certainly did not contain morphine. I know that small time dealers actually cut and repress the pills, but I have never heard of Ya Ba with morhpine.
My girlffriend (who is thai) had a 10-per-day habits 2 years ago, and she had direct access to the original sources. There were no morphine in those pills.
But maybe this is some new kind of pill?

I never heard of this specific pill, but, it seems pretty fucking sweet. Does anybody know if it has made its way to the US yet & if anybody could provide a link with more info on it...

i watched a program on this. good old mcintyre.
theyre made in labs in laos and burma with support and protection from the government and army.
the symbol on them isn't a WY its some sort of symbol to do with the producers of it.

These things have got to be the SHIT, but I would like to know what prices were for them in American $ if anyone knows...
And if anyone can answer Noriega's question that would help...

Than it's possible that only the ones smuggled to europe contain morphine because the ones I had (which is quite a number) definitly had it in them. I'm using meth also and they are different. But a few times I got the ones you are talking about (pure meth thaïs).

Swiss police have scored an unprecedented major success in combating yaba trafficking in Europe. Yaba, commonly referred to as "Thai" pills in German-speaking countries, is a powerful and extremely dangerous drug. A carefully planned police sting, prepared over several months and involving authorities of sixteen Swiss cantons, agents of several departments of the Federal Customs Administration (FCA) and of the Federal Police Office (FOP), resulted in the smashing of an Asian criminal organization that used Switzerland as a hub and test market for yaba.
...
What is yaba?
Yaba contains methamphetamine and its chemical structure is related to that of ecstasy (MDMA). Originally from Thailand, yaba ("crazy medicine") usually comes in the form of pills with two letters, "WY", impressed on them. As a rule, yaba smells of vanilla and can be smoked on tin foil or swallowed. The dependence potential of yaba when smoked is considered at least three times as high as that of ecstasy. Yaba has a very strong stimulating effect. When smoked, the drug creates an intense effect similar to that of crack cocaine. Only that its lasts much longer. Side effects may be irreparable physical and psychological damages such as loss of memory and depression or paranoia and violent behavior. Regular use of the drug is habit-forming. Yaba pills can be distinguished from ecstasy pills by the "WY" sign impressed on yaba pills. Moreover, they are significantly smaller in diameter, are of a different color, and smell of vanilla.

Seems rather unlikely that the pills contain morphine.

So you have no reference to a source which claims the pills contain morphine, no stated newspaper source, and no verifiable data. Most newspapers have online archives that we could search.
In essence, you claim the pills contained morphine, everybody else is wrong, and we should accept it because you say so.

Well, you can even find sites telling you they are LSD pills. If you make research on the net about thaïs, you'll probably end up confused :)
I would get you newspaper reports but I can't read german (sorry) and there wasn't much in the french newspapers.
And not everybody HAS to accept what I say you can still believe in what you believe of course.
I know the morphine argument doesn't sound convincing...

SovietContin - And what exactly leads you to believe that the unknown oral dose of "morphine" in such a pill would be of a quantity insufficient to get you high, but sufficient to cause addiction? Is that even possible?
Speculate by all means, but think things through.

Identification of impurities and statistical classification of methamphetamine
tablets (Ya-Ba) seized in Thailand.

Office of the Narcotics Control Board, Scientific Narcotics Detection Division,

Impurity profiles of methamphetamine tablets seized in Thailand have been
investigated. The samples are extracted with small amounts of ethyl acetate
under alkaline condition and the extracts are analyzed by capillary gas
chromatography. Nine compounds (1,2-dimethyl-3-phenylaziridine, ephedrine,
methylephedrine, N-formylmethamphetamine, N-acetylmethamphetamine,
N-formylephedrine, N-acetylephedrine, N,O-diacetylephedrie, methamphetamine
dimer) are identified as impurities in methamphetamine tablet. Caffeine and
ethyl vanillin are also detected as diluents and/or adulterants, and
acetylcodeine monoacetylmorphine and diacetylmorphine are contained in many
samples
. In addition, trans-3,4-dimethyl-5-phenyl-2-oxazolidone is newly found
as an impurity. For characterization and comparison of methamphetamine tablet
exhibits, intensely and commonly detectable nine peaks are selected as the
factor for multivariate analysis. The procedures reported here permit
classification of 250 analyzed exhibits into five groups and characterization of
classified groups.

Should this be correct, I withdraw my objection.
This looks copy-pasted. Can you provide a link?
