Anyone have anything to say about this one?

Looks to be a mixed agonist/antagonist at mu, but I dont know much more about it. I see a few reports that claim it has very little potential for abuse OR dependance (either a good thing or bad thing depending on what u are looking for). Despite the limited abuse potential, it does appear to have strong analgesic effects. Seems odd to me for an opioid to be a potent analgesic but not have much potential for abuse/dependance. So, does anyone have any more info on this?

It is in structure similar to butorphanol.

Butorphanol is widely available at veterinary pharmacies in mexico (torbugesic, other brands too) in 10ml and 100ml vials (10mg/ml). For this reason it is convenient to abuse IV/IM, but is not as enjoyable as a pure agonist.

The high is dirty and a bit dissociative, with a darker feel (literally, lights seem dimmer). It is much "heavier" than buprenorphine, far more sedative. Xorphanol looks even less abusable, but I don't have the specific binding data...

Not necessarily. There's sure to be a bunch of the stimulant types who aren't junkies buying the new internet thing.

I'm a little skeptical about claims about this appearing. It doesn't appear to be cheaply made from anything, and it's an obvious analogue of about 300 schedule I and II drugs, making it moronic. This doesn't even escape coverage in the MoDA, correct?

So... the question is why they're selling desotramadol as xorphanol ;)

ive learned that its being moved by the kilo out of asia.i do hope its just desotram but if not, what worries me is i recall hearing problems antagonizing with nalaxone.i could very well be wrong so little is available.

speculation as to the availability or otherwise of this substance is not exactly helpfu neither is it advanced drug discussion, go to any one of the other mulititude of virtual drugs bazaars if you want to discuss availability etc.
also eroticazn why did you decide to revive a long dead thread to essentially promote some substance?
care to explain? lots of people would like to know.

Care to elaborate.......? How did you come up with the notion that desotramadol is the active in the purported RC xorphanol?
Why market a lesser compound containing one far superior (PM)?

xorphanol is exotic and morphinan derived. it's also a thousand times more expensive to produce, is already illegal under analogue acts and requires you to go through controlled precursors (need to double check this, fairly certain). desotramadol is available and cheap and addictive.
