Misc Xanax testing, Flexorall (and bupe)

I have a doctor's appointment next Monday, and he may give me a piss test. I'm trying to cut down on the roxies, and I'd like to use Xanax to do so (mainly for sleep purposes). My question is how long Xanax stays in your system as far as a piss test goes.

Also, he wrote me a scrip for Flexeril (and Ibuprofen [bah!]), but I'm not sure if it's worth even filling. Ideally, the Flexeril would suffice so I wouldn't need the Xanax. But my friend who has the same doc said the Flexeril was pretty lame. I do have insurance, and it might be cheap enough to try without worrying that I wasted my money.

So my questions are:
Is Flexeril any good for late night relaxation and sleep (without feeling shitty the next day)?
If I took Xanax this Tuesday night, would it show up in a piss test the following Monday?

And here's a bonus question in case anyone's not sick of me at this point: Do most pain docs test for bupe? I'd like to take some for a couple of days, preferably this Thursday and Friday, but I'm worried he'd see it on Monday and think something's up.

Any answers at all would be really appreciated.

Before this get's closed.... you might be able to luck out with the xanax if you keep your use to a minimum. Benzo tests are usually faulty. I've tested negative many times when my system was probably just saturated with that shit.
