So my dogs been under alot of stress and with family problems, school , and hes been fearful of family and losing people ect and my dogs long time friend lets call him J, so my dog was under alot of stress and his friend J, gave my dog some asperazol (xanax) 029 .5mg (peach colored circles), and my dogs been taking them and they have helped with his stress and he's feeling better and dosent seem fearful anymore when he has a "anexity attack" my dogs taken all the online anexity quizes and it says he need it's and had medium anexity, and my dog the first night he took whay J gave him he got 10 0.5mg xanax and 3 random (30mg adderall mixed salts TR) he called J and my dog said "is it OK if I take these both u gave me and adderall" J saiD "he knows it would be ok to take it with the xanax to help", so my dog took it the first night to try it he took the adderall first an chewed it, then took a xanax he said it relaxed him made him happy and focus trememdoisly and he just went right to sleep , well my dog on the 2nd day took both of the adderall he had left and 2 of the xanax my dog for some reason ddnt feel any effects of ethier one and he was freaked out and thinking about his problems and fears keep re occuring all night and my dog ddnt know what to do so he waited for the ADD to wear off and he snorted a 0.5mg xanax the ones J gave him and it calmed him down tremendously, my dog is now calm and acting normally, now since this does occur more frequently now does that mean he needs to get xanax prescribed or is just a temporary thing he's going through? And should he be worried about the adderall and xanax he took together? Or whay should he do? Any suggestions would be great my dog could use anything! :D

You should be worried about getting addicted, taking xanax every day. Go easy with benzos or youll quickly be dependent and tolerant - dont take them every day

Also snorting any benzo is pointless tbh, as they have a very high oral BA, so dont waste your time

^^ You gotta be careful and your right one can easily become dependent/addicted to xanax. Xanax is usually my DOC but I take the 2mgs and break them in halves so I can get through work.. and my dependency has built up fast. Dog is only taking .5 which is a low dose so my suggestion would be to go see a psychiatrist or nurse practitioner. I went in with anxiety and she gave me 1mg Klonopin, so if Dog really does have panic attack Klonopin might work better. Either way, just be careful with the xanax.

I'd take your dog to a vet. Poor little thing sounds quite unwell.
