I have consumed 100mg of alprazolam over a 14 day period (split fairly evenly but heavier usage in the beginning), consuming about 1/2g of pure speed during the first few days, and the last 7 days I used 2g of quality meth (split evenly over 7 days) in combination with the alprazolam. Somewhere around day 9 I went bonkers with GHB and consumed 50g in about 2 days (never used benzos concurrently with GHB, only meth). Right now I just took my last 5mg alprazolam dose and had 5 drinks yet I'm still very alert (last bit of meth was about 9hrs ago so I'm guessing that's why, or I have a very high tolerance).

I have nothing left anymore, no alprazolam, GHB, speed, or meth at this point I'm cold turkey.

Will 7mg of alprazolam taken daily for two weeks produce dangerous withdraw effects? I don't know if the other drugs I mixed in have any effect on benzo withdraw (like would a meth withdraw worsen a benzo withdraw in a dangerous manner, or just make you feel crappier?).

Those 14 days felt like 7, it wasn't until today that I realized how long I'd been taking this stuff. I knew I'd get into trouble with benzo's at some point and I think it just happened.

Is this a situation where I should visit the doctor, or will I just have a very unpleasant next few days?

I was on 120 2 mf Xanax for years and I had to go to a detox center to come off it. But since you were only on it 2 weeks you will have some withdrawals but not the more serious kind. The speed doesn't really have a physical withdrawal it's a mental withdrawal so in a way it won't make it worse as in physically but speed makes you very depressed and out of sorts when you come off of it so that will worsen the mental effects of your withdrawal I would suggest having someone around you that you trust 24/7 to take you to the hospital at the first sight of trouble but in my opinion your in for a mentally very rough road but physically you should be fine
