Xanax ER for adderall crash

I've always had IR xanax(bars) in the past, but now I have just 1mg of ER xanax to help with this adderall crash. I haven't even taken the adderall yet, my amps tolerance is rather low if not non-existent in the first place. I might have a super small tolerance to benzo's, and I took a bar a couple nights ago. I have a pretty good bit of experience with both drugs but never taken ER xanax. Will this help with the addy crash just as good or should I hold out until I can get some bars? I should have access to bars soon and will hold out on my 30mg addy till I get them if needed. I usually try to stay away from addy's cause they always gave me the worst crash. I only take them when I know I have the right arsenal of downers. If I had a choice, I would take Vyvanse, but I don't have any.

If the comedown is bad, then a 1mg ER crushed/chewed up will help pretty well - better than nothing IME, especially if your tolerance is pretty low. If you can handle the comedown then go with it, but if I felt any negative after-effects from stimulants it the slightest and I had a Xanax ER I'd crush that shit and take it without question.

If you swallow it whole, you will feel the full effects of 1mg at around 5 hours or so. So as an immediate remedy, taking the ER whole is a bad idea.

I wouldn't take the Adderall then unless you plan on staying up for a while. The ER Xanax aren't very effective for this situation and then you have a lot a powder too.

How much quicker will the xanax peak if crushed? I was thinking that I should crush and take it the second I stop peaking from the adderall then it should be in full effect by the time the crash really hits. Maybe a short period of time when I am speedballing but I don't think it would be that dangerous. Neither drug would be at its full effects in my body at the same time. On the other hand, I might just wait untill I have something better. I actually did 4mg xan the other night so 1mgER probably wouldn't give me the total relief I would be looking for. Looks like it's another weed/alcohol night %)

Eat a ton then wait for your stomach to settle before dosing the Adderall. If you can manage to never have a completely empty stomach while you are on it there will not be a crash, it is as simple as that. And no it's not impossible if you are dosing after eating (not immediately after, you will vomit), it is a runaway effect with food, if there is always a bit in there it's easier to snack every few hours. Save the Xanax for the very end when you need sleep but can't.
